   • If dissatisfied, your initial deposit will be refunded.

   • For sofas with a 12–16 week delivery timeframe, the same process applies:

     • Pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon delivery.

2. Refunds and Additional Costs:

   • If the item delivered matches the advertised description and the customer opts for a refund, any travel or administrative costs incurred by the business will be deducted from the deposit before the refund is processed.

   • For deliveries outside England, third-party courier services will be used, and the customer will be advised of additional costs. Delivery will proceed once these costs are accepted.
